Every session begins with a relaxed check in, where I listen carefully to what you need, whether that is stress relief, emotional support, or spiritual insight.
I then invite you to rest comfortably while I work with Reiki, Quantum Touch, and, if you choose, simple Shamanic Journey imagery to support energetic flow.
Sessions are quiet, respectful, and LGBTQ+ affirming, and I close with time to integrate, ask questions, and receive simple aftercare guidance.
